Information we collect
When you book or join the waiting list, we receive your name, phone number, email, and lesson details; a booking may also require ability level, the child's age, and an optional comment. The server processes your IP address to protect the forms from abuse.
Why we use it
We use the information only to create and manage your booking: to confirm the time, contact you, send reminders, reschedule or cancel the lesson, support student safety, and handle questions about the service. We do not sell personal data or use your contact details for marketing without separate consent.
Services that help us operate
Information may be processed by our hosting and database providers, our email delivery service, and Telegram when the administrator is notified about a booking. Analytics measures visits and booking steps without storing a name, phone number, email, IP address, or booking token. A random sessionStorage identifier connects steps made in one tab; raw events are deleted within 400 days. The embedded Yandex map loads only on resort pages and may receive standard browser technical data.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the lesson, handle enquiries, and meet applicable accounting and legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw your consent to its use. If a booking is still active, removing some information may make it impossible to manage that booking. A parent or other legal guardian should make a booking for a child.
Keeping your booking link safe
The link in your email can display and cancel the booking, so do not forward it to other people. These pages are blocked from search indexing and shared caching. We use organisational and technical safeguards, but no method of internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
